Providing false information during registration — including false names, incorrect dates of birth, or fabricated contact details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be retained by 1wim pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 1wim. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account. Holding multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and bonuses claimed through them will be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1wim account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. 1wim will never ask you to share your password by email, chat or any other channel.
You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members. Any activity that takes place using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. 1wim reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if it detects unusual login activity or suspicious transactions, in order to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform. You will be notified through your registered contact details and given the opportunity to verify your identity to restore access.
All financial transactions on 1wim are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. We support the following payment methods:
All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your 1wim account — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended. Standard withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. 1wim is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking systems outside our control.
1wim reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification. This is a routine measure and not a reflection of any wrongdoing. Failure to complete verification will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is satisfied.
1wim offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game categories. Most bonuses require you to wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable as cash.
Attempting to exploit bonuses through any of the following methods is strictly prohibited and will result in the bonus being voided and, in serious cases, the account being closed:

All sports bets placed on 1wim are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules are available on the Betting section of the platform and should be reviewed before placing any bet.
Cricket is the primary sport on 1wim's betting platform, covering Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international matches, Test series, and domestic tournaments. Specific rules apply to each market — for example, match result bets may be void if a match is abandoned before a certain number of overs are completed. These rules are displayed within each market.
All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 1wim reserves the right to void bets that were accepted in error — for instance, due to a technical glitch displaying incorrect odds, or where an event outcome was already known at the time of placement. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet. 1wim reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match moments, such as wicket reviews in cricket or goal checks in football. Bets already accepted before suspension remain valid. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event is determined — even if there is a short delay in odds updating — may be voided at 1wim's discretion.
All Casino games, Fish Games, Bingo titles and other gaming products available on 1wim use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The outcomes of all games are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the player or 1wim.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, server error or software fault — the game session may be voided and the stake returned to the player. 1wim is not liable for any losses claimed to result from game malfunctions where the technical logs do not confirm the claimed outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1wim. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and may result in forfeiture of balance:
1wim actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is confirmed, 1wim reserves the right to close the account, void all pending bets and bonuses, and retain the account balance pending further investigation.
You may close your 1wim account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be settled and any active bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed. Closing your account voluntarily will result in the forfeiture of any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
1wim reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other conduct that threatens the integrity or safety of the platform or other players.
If your account is closed by 1wim due to a breach of Terms, the decision on whether any remaining balance is returned to you will depend on the nature of the breach and the outcome of any investigation. Players will be notified of the outcome through their registered contact details.
If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings rather than simply closing the account. Self-exclusion provides additional protection and prevents you from re-registering during the exclusion period.
